Five on Friday | Vol. I

It's been so long y'all!

I haven't linked up with the Five on Friday ladies in at least over a year, and never with the new blog. With this mama on Spring Break - starting T O D A Y - I thought I'd jump right back in!

We had a great Easter last weekend!

I'm blaming the working-mama-life on not sharing Harper's first Easter yet on the blog just yet - or maybe I should blame my baby waking up at 3am wide awake, having a party in her sleeper, for feeling way too exhausted to work up any energy to muster up a blog post.

That sounds about right.

I digress.

Like I said - we had a great weekend!

We celebrated all weekend long with family. The Easter bunny made a visit to Harper, and mama was probably more excited about it than the baby. Having a child definitely makes holidays so much more fun on so many different levels!

I finally pulled the trigger with opening a Teachers Pay Teachers store!

I've wanted to for so long now, and finally decided to go for it this past week.

Having Harper really has encouraged me to open up this door and try something different to possibly bring in a tiny bit more income. Planning lessons and creating resources has always been one of my favorite parts of teaching, and TpT is a great way to express some creativity!

I have a few resources up already, and hope to work on some more with this week off from school!

Y'all can visit my store

teacher friends!

Tomorrow this mom and her mom bod are going to be in complete shock because she's going to ...run... a 5K! And I say run loosely. Participate probably is more realistic.

My bestie, Ashley, sister, Whitney, mom, and others are going to do the COLOR RUN!

We had so much fun a few years ago, we had to do it again for my sister's birthday! It should be really fun!

Wish me luck that I survive.

But seriously, though.

Last week, I got the sweetest pictures back from my bestie/personal photographer, Ashley!

She was sweet enough to take pictures of these ladies above at my grandparents house a couple months back after my grandfather passed away. It was really important for me to have these sweet memories and share them with my little love, Harper, so she could have a memory of this special place. I completely love these pictures, and completely love Ashley for doing it! I can't wait to share more!

Ten days off with this little babe...

Calls for tiny, sparkly hats.
My week is made!

Happy Friday y'all!
