Before I jump into Christmas mode, here's a recap of what our Thanksgiving looked like!
My family had Thanksgiving at my aunt's house this year.
We normally switch off between family members. It was a chilly day, which if I remember correctly, is pretty out of the norm for us southerners. Past years we've had some pretty warm or decently warm Thanksgivings, which is fine with me... I like to hold onto summer/fall as long as possible. #saynotowinter
It was relaxing and easy-going this year, which was perfectly fine with Cody and me.
We stuffed our bellies with turkey (some more than others...), mac & cheese, dressing and my Nannie's famous coleslaw. :) I totally wished I had leftovers as I Black Friday shopped online the next day.
We ended our evening by stopping by Cody's parents' house, relaxed with them and watched some Dumb & Dumber. CLASSIC.
Although the turkey was delicious, this turkey is my favorite. :)
Love your husband's hands on the hip pose! My boyfriend does the exact same thing when he's tired of me throwing my hand on my hip for every single picture we take. Looks like y'all had a great Thanksgiving!
So glad you had a good thanksgiving and were able to spend time with both of your families! I get so excited when it's finally thanksgiving because I can listen to Christmas music and decorate without anyone acting like I'm crazy ;)
